FCA

FCA stands for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Back in 2009, Chrysler Group LLC went bankrupt. Not too much into the future, the italian car company Fiat bought the Chrysler Group and they merged into Fiat Chrysler Automobiles LLC. Since then Fiat has brought itself to North America as well as taken some of Chrysler's brands to Italy. A couple weeks ago, I was websurfing and found out that FCA had aquired Ferrari which is also an italian car company. This shocked me because Ferrari makes some of the world's fastest and fanciest cars which are way out of Chrysler's league. So, I asked myself: How could Fiat buy Chrysler then aquire Ferrari? I continued my websurfing and found out that there were many more cases like this one. One being Volkswagen buying Lamborghini. I believe that this has happened because VW will sell more of their Golf model then Lamborghini will sell of their Aventador model due to the affordability of hatchbacks. In my opinion, car manufuncturers like Volkswagen are richer than car manufuncturers like Lamborghini.
