I love reading about Roscoe Riley! So far I've finished the first book, "Roscoe Riley Rules # 1- Never Glue Your Friends to Chairs." Roscoe is funny, and a little weird.

I got this book for Christmas from my mom. I like it because it has my name in it. Wyatt is the name of the bully in this book, but I'm not a bully.

This book is definitely worth 5 stars, it is awesome!

The story starts one morning at Roscoe's house when he finds himself in time out thinking about some trouble he got into. The story mostly takes place in Roscoe's homeroom, and a little bit at his house. Roscoe's homeroom makes me think of my homeroom. It's important because that's where the setting is for Roscoe's trouble. I think this story takes place in the fall because there's an open house at school, and open houses are in the fall.

The main character is Roscoe Riley. He is 6. I would like Roscoe as a friend because he is funny. He gets in trouble even though he doesn't mean to. Roscoe has brown hair and peach colored skin.

The supporting character is Emma. She is 6. She was adopted from China. She is important to the story because she is one of Roscoe's best friends. She always knows what he is thinking. She is a short first grader who has black hair and fair skin.

Two important events in the story are when Roscoe spots the glue in his mom's kitchen drawer, and then decides to take it to school as art supplies, and then when he decides to use it for the wrong reason and it gets everywhere, even in his friend's hair and on their chairs.

The problem is solved when the adults cut some hair off each kid and they borrowed clothes from the lost and found.

I liked this story because it's so funny! If I could change one thing I would add more details like descriptions and pictures. My favorite part of the story is when the glue gets everywhere!

I plan to read the rest of the Roscoe Riley books below.
